Lauren McClinton is an alt-R&B/soul singer and songwriter from Los Angeles, CA, who knew music was her calling from a very young age. In 2017, while earning her Master's degree at Lipscomb University, Lauren decided to make music a full-time career, starting off with singles "Let Me Go" and "Anatomy."

These releases opened the door for several opportunities, including various notable local performances, songwriting credits, artist features, and invitations to open for other acclaimed artists like, Tank at City Winery and India Arie at the historic Ryman Auditorium.

Between 2018 and 2019, she was sought after as a Nashville background vocalist, gigging and touring with the likes of Jessy Wilson and Lennon Stella. In October 2019, Lauren released her debut EP, “DAWN”, a robust neo R&B project, steeped in captivating lyrics and deeply emotional vocal arrangements. As she continues to foster real, personal music, Lauren’s singular goal is to use the gift God has given her to touch as many hearts as possible.
